i've reinstalled win95 recently.. and noticed all

my multiplayer characters went with the old version.

i have it all backed up, and will revert to my older

version if necessary. but, i'm wondering if i can

transfer my characters to the "fresh" version. i've

hunted all over the registry and /windows/ directories,

but can't find any information on the DIABLO characters.

where is this information, so i can transfer it???

If you have the save files and put them in the EMPTY diablo directory and
then install diablo right ontop of them you will have your old characters
back...I had to do this when I had to change my HDD for another...if you
just copy the whole diablo game it won't work
