Okay, I'm trying to figure out what all the information in the little pictures next to people's name when in Battle.Net mean. This is what I've figured out so far: 1) Type of picture: Class (Warrior/Rogue/Mage) 2) Number: Current Level 3) Red Dots: Number of times player has killed Diablo So, what do the color of the frames and the color of the "clothes" mean? I've seen dark gold, light gold, gray, and red. Any others? -------- "Only the crazies hang around nursery."

Mages have red frame, while warriors have silver frame. I forgot about rogues. Once you get three dots, all class will get golden frames and clothes. I am pretty sure about this. -- Remove dash "-" from my email address if you wish to send me an email. Steven K. Lee Bell Atlantic Internet Solutions

I'm not sure about the frame colors except that when you get 3 dots, your frame becomes gold. Rob

Just two add a little info, if you can get to level 30 without killing Diablo once, which isn't such a hard task to do, and then you kill him on hell difficulty, you will get all three dots, even though you've only killed him once. This isn't speculation, this is fact; I have seen it and done it myself. ___________________________ Z o m b i e C h i l d r e n WilyKit (Benjamin Black) e-mail: cali...@cloud9.net http://cloud9.net/~caligula

You don't get one dot for each mode of difficulty that you have played where Diablo has been killed. You can get all three dots at once just from being on lvl 16 when Diablo dies in Hell mode. +------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Shaun M. How then do you account for the red box? My theory is this: Red = has only ventured in Normal Mode Gray = has ventured into Nightmare Mode Gold = has ventured into Hell Mode. Make sense? I've seen the shareware guys, they are solid gray. Very different from the red, grey and gold box. No. I haven't played on anything besides Normal, and MY box is gold with my character wearing gray clothes (Level 7 Warrior). Gee. Maybe we should put together a "Little Multiplayer Pictures FAQ". Not quite. You get one dot if you kill him on Normal. Two if you kill him
on Nightmare. Three on Hell. If you kill him on Nightmare before you kill
him on Normal, you'll get two dots anyway. I suppose the game only keeps
track of the toughest level on which you've killed him and assumes you've
killed him on the easier ones (which typically happens).

No, but you do get 1 dot the first time you kill Diablo on each of the
three settings (i.e 1 dot for normal, 1 for nightmare and 1 for hell.)
I assume that the reason you get three dots if you're playing hell mode
when you kill diablo for the first time, is that the game equates hell
to be three times as tough as normal and twice as tough as nightmare and
therefore gives you the 2 extra dots. (Or something like that.)
If you kill diablo for the first time on nightmare, you'll get 2 dots.

Maybe a better way of phrasing it would be "The number of dots shows the highest difficulty you've been on when Diablo was killed" using the above scale for dots
