You don't happen to mean KALI.  If so, yes, you can play Diablo on KALI.

Haven't you heard of Kahn? It's more like Kali. But $15 for
registration and no time limit for unregis. But not too many people
play on it like Kali. I heard that Kahn supports better game play than
Kali does. Haven't really tried it though.
