For these couple of days, I am having trouble playing battlenet. Everytime I get connected to my ISP and enter diablo, I would either be disconnected from the isp or diablo would hang. This happened before the patch was implemented, but yesterday after many unsuccessful downloading of the upgrade, and finally installing the patch, It was still the same. This is getting frustrating, as most of my time is spent on waiting on the loading of the game and not playing. Yesterday I was in front of the PC for 2 hours and did not even had the chance to play diablo at all, the most i got was to enter in to the diablo (irc) channels. First of all, my isp is not having troubles with their server as I have tried other isps and to no avail. Secondly, i am computer literate, and know how to configure the settings and max speed. Thirdly, the diablo i am using is a original version. Anybody know what is the problem? Please, I luv this game and don't want to stop now. Will appreciate any suggestion. rainyBoy

Take a look at packet loss and average ping time.

What is the speed of your modem? I have the same problem at 14.4 but after changing to a 33.6 modem, the problem disappeared.
