I've beaten the Butcher and the poisoned water quests, but I can't get
any others! I've talked to everyone in town, even gone through all of
level three of the dungeon. but no quest. According to all the quest
lists, I'm supposed to get the Skeleton King quest from Ogden, but he
just keeps talking about Farnham. Any ideas?

The skeleton quest isn't always available (like all the quests their is a
random chance of getting it in a game).  Just keep going down.  Try lvl 4
or 5.  You should have quest of 2 by then.
