I know the basic concept is to extract runes.txt from the patch.mpq with winMPQ or a similar tool and then place it in a subfolder and use direct txt launch method, the question I have is when editing the txt file with excel or another editor, which column do I modify to enable the 1.10 runewords? I think I saw the second column read something like 'server' and had either null values or 1's do I set them all to null or all to 1?
