Died on lvl 13 or 14 nightmare today.  When resurrected, I still had
all equipped items.  Later I noticed I also had my own ear in my
inventory--must've picked it up sometime.  So I guess I was pkilled by
accident (friendly fire) rather than killed by monsters.
