Yep. The strafer I'm talking about had a lvl 15 fana, +2 Faith in a +3 Mat 
bow, a Dream Tiara, CoH (IIRC), Wartravs, Nosferatu's, yada yada yada... Her 
Might merc even had a CoH, a RALed Andy's Vis and a near-perfect Pride 
thresher.
