If you're a linux user with a win95 box connected to the net via IP masquerade, you were probably frustrated that only chat worked on battle.net. Well I finally figured out how to get it working using an ipfwadm companion tool called ipautofw. Get ftp://ftp.netis.com/pub/members/rlynch/ipautofw.tar.gz This is a general tcp/udp port redirector for incoming udb services (such as realaudio). apply the kernel patch and compile the ipautofw bin, reboot and do: ipautofw -A -r udp 6112 6112 -c tcp 118 after your ipfwadm masqeurade rules and go kick some ass. - liem ============================================================================ Liem Bahneman rol...@cobaltgroup.com Systems Administrator http://www.cobaltgroup.com/~roland The Cobalt Group (206) 269-6363x300 Seattle, Washington F(206) 269-6350 NOTE: I RESTRICT THE USE OF THIS POST FOR THE PURPOSE OF GETTING MY EMAIL ADDRESS FOR THE PURPOSE OF MARKETING.
