Which only proves without a doubt why you are not a lawyer.  You can,
starting around level 20, both find AND BUY elixirs that will 
permanently increase your stats.  Therefore, as soon as you hit that
level, you can go through the tedious process of earning huge amounts
of gold and blowing all of it on elixirs to max out your stats.  Which
proves that you can max your stats without cheating.

The case for the defense rests.  When do we begin the libel suit? :)
