🚀 go-pugleaf

I am actually going rather slowly for the normal D-II player which means I
am going at about the rate Blizzard wanted a player to proceed.  I am
fighting critters within 5 levels of me.  I am level 33 and just entered Act
II, NM.  Here, the critters I am fighting are about level 35-40.  In Act I
where I just left they were 30-37.  The problem I have previously described
was the same in both Acts.
