Only other thing I can think of is if your fighting where the monsters are
alot higher clvl than
you are. For example, you mentioned you were lvl 33 and if you were fighting
doom knights
in act 4 nightmare mode (they are lvl 49) you would have trouble hitting
them. The char screen
says you have an AR of so much and a 92% chance of hitting....but that's a
monster of the
same clvl as you are which in this case a lvl 33 monster. Where are you
currently questing?
