My bet is you are using sword with a short reach lenght (ancient sword
maybe?). If you can find a flamberge..great sword...zweihandler...executive
etc...you could probably hit more baddies when
WW through the pack...Another thing is if your fighting in a spot where
monsters have very little life.
What happens is...lets say you do 500 WW damage...but the critters your
killing only have 100 life...
your only draining 10% of 100 which is 10 mana points...hardly enough to
fill your globe. Alot of people
think if they do 500 damage....they get (for you in this instance) 10% of
500 which would be 50...and
that's false...its 10% of whatever damage you can do  the the monster at
hand...if it only has 100 life
you only get 10% of that....hope this helps...
