Thanks to all those who took the time to reply so nicely.

I just can't help but wonder what wonderful things could be
accomplished if all the talent and energy directed towards cheating
and hacking this game were focused in a positive direction.

I suspect that untold hours were spent by people of various abilities
trying to get around this patch. Probably enough to have written a new
game that would be fun to play. The most disturbing thing I have read
latley is on the Battle.net forum. People are already making plans on
how they are going to screw up Ultima Online. Pk guilds , roaming
bands of thieves and the like. 

They haven't even started playing the game yet and already they are
trying to find a way to ruin it for others. So much for the "I only PK
cause I got bored of the game" nonsense.

I just can't imagine what kind of people would live just to ruin other
people's fun. A very , very sad commentary on some of the vicious
people out there.
