Can't even install?!?

I just got Diablo and I can't even get it to install. Almost every time I 
select an option from the setup screen I go to a blue fatal error screen and 
Win95 crashes. If I run setup, not autorun, I often get illegal operations. 
Sometimes I still get bluescreen fatal errors anyway. All the illegal 
operations are page faults with Explorer. Diablo is the only program that I'm 
having trouble with so even though it looks like a system problem, I'm 
skeptical because nothing else is crashing. Any suggestions would be greatly 
appreciated!
