I haven't seen them but there are Emerald Amulets and Rings (they are a
bit better than Obsidian - 41% - 60% protection from all), Hydra Amulets
and Rings (Gives up to +100 to mana), The Eagleshorn Bow (+50% to hit,
+100% Damage, Indistructible, ...).

I Suppose there should be a King's Sword of Slaughter out there somewhere
too.  (Slaughter give up to +20 hit points of damage).

I have seen Strange and Wierd things (Strange up to +150% to hit and Wierd
up to +100 to hit).

I haven't seen Strange ot Wierd Rings or Amulets though. 

The best words in the game are:

Whale - up to +100 hit poiints
Hydra - up to +100 mana points

Titans - up to +30 Strength
Perfection - up to +30 Dexterity
Vigor - up to +20 Vitality
Wizardry - up to +30 Magic
Zodiac - up to +20 all stats

Strange - up to +150% to hit
Merciless - up to +175% damage

Shapphire - up to +60% protection from lighting
Ruby - up to +60% protection from fire
Diamond - up to +60% protection from general magic
Emerald - up to 60% protection from all

King's - up to +100% to hit and +175% damage
Slaughter - up to +20 hit points of damage
Godly - up to +200% armor
Structure - up to +200% durability

This may help those looking for the best weapon, however, I haven't seen
any document defining what prefixes can go with what suffixes or items. 
Blizzard should list the combinations to look for or state that all
combinations are possible.  (That may be way their slogan is "If you think
you've found everything, you haven't...")
