Well I never killed anyone by accident yet (I am a Warrior) but once I 
charged into a room (Warrior Style) just as my mage friend cast about
five firewall spells.  I had demonSpiked armor which has 50% fire resistant
so I thought "I might get out of this yet"  Unfortunately mosters, which
I couldn't see had surrounded me and blocked my escape from the room.  I 
actually survived in the inferno for about 30 seconds using heal and potions
but in the end I couldn't hang, and died.  The mage felt really bad about it
and promptly ressurected me.
