What do i need files for D1 to play in D2X-XL ?

I have here descent.pig and descent.hog

Is that all ?

I have played D1 in D2X-XL but there weird when the escape and explosive and 
see the far away in the space planet ( earth ) ? broken in half ? seperate ?

The broken earth is a known (low prio) bug.
