Holiday* Greetings to Everyone Please accept with no obligation, implied or implicit, my best wishes for an environmentally conscious, socially responsible, low stress, non addictive, gender neutral celebration of the winter solstice** holiday, practised with the most enjoyable traditions of religious persuasion or secular practices of your choice with respect for the religious/secular persuasions and/or traditions of others, or their choice not to practice religious or secular traditions at all. I also wish you a fiscally successful, personally fulfilling and medically uncomplicated recognition of the onset of the generally accepted calendar year 2007, but not without due respect for the calendars of choice of other cultures whose contributions to society have helped make our country great (not to imply that Britain is necessarily greater than any other country) and without regard to the race, creed, colour, age, physical ability, religious faith or sexual preference of the wishee. By accepting this greeting, you are accepting these terms: This greeting is subject to clarification or withdrawal. It is freely transferable with no alteration to the original greeting. It implies no promise by the wisher to actually implement any of the wishes for her/himself or others and is void where prohibited by law, and is revocable at the sole discretion of the wisher. This wish is warranted to perform as expected*** within the usual application of good tidings for a period of one year or until the issuance of a subsequent holiday greeting, whichever comes first, and warranty is limited to replacement of this wish or issuance of a new wish at the sole discretion of the wisher. Disclaimers: * Holiday is a generic term not necessarily implying that the day is, was or even is intended to be, holy, unless, as the recipient of the greetings herein contemplated you deem or wish it to be so . Neither is the word meant to signify a single day, as the event could be represented over multiple days, at the sole discretion of the wishee. ** The summer solstice is interchangeable with the winter solstice depending on which hemisphere you are in at the time of the event. *** Outcomes of the wish may vary with biological age (chronological age minus fair wear and tear). -- Steveski / [AB] Daggett

As I am at it already - I wanted to ask you something. Looking at the way you frequently have believed you needed to post to me (here and in other places), it looks like one of your main purposes in life is to be a PITA for others. Why don't you just waste your abundant time on somebody else, and save me your completely uncalled for comments in the future, huh?

No, I just didn't understand the joke - a translation thing perhaps. > As I am at it already - I wanted to ask you something. And when was the last time I said anything to you? So long ago that I can't even remember when it was - hardly an abundance. Perhaps you have a persecution complex. I told you that I liked - and was impressed by - your D2X32 stuff but it was your officious and peremptory attitude to people who asked questions that I disliked. -- Steveski

It's exactly the part with the "officious and peremptory attitude" that made me post here. Here's a link to help your memory out: http://www.gamesreviews.net/message439535.html Obviously you completely lack the fantasy to figure how much work I am already spending on D2X-XL. My showing up at places like this one or other forums and hinting to people to the right place to get information and post bug reports is way beyond what could be reasonably expected from me. My messages may be brief and purely informative, but that's not impolite. Given the amount of work I am already putting into D2X-XL coding and support, I cannot see anything wrong with this. You however apparently believe that you have to tell me how to organize the work I am already doing for the D2X-XL users, and how I have to do it. Obviously you believe it is my duty to fully support people whereever I find them having some problem with D2X-XL. Listen dude, even if you probably cannot understand it: The D2X-XL trackers on SF.net are there for the mutual benefit of the D2X-XL users and the D2X-XL support people. The best thing that can happen to a D2X-XL user is to be pointed there, because that's the place where every of his bug reports will receive due attention. Leaving them here or at other places means their next problem may not be noticed. All you are showing with your habit of 'correcting' my attitude here is some solid arrogance. Looks like you are enjoying to display what a polite and socially pleasant person you are. Easy enough, looking at the tremendous amount of support <cough> you are giving the D2X-XL project. If you don't want to get more feedback like this, simply stop posting superfluous comments. That's the least thing you can do.

Your praise means nothing to me as long as you don't correct your attitude. We have a saying: "Sei weise, PLONK leise" (be wise, plonk quietly). Otherwise ppl get the impression you simply want to prove some more superiority. Bye bye, plonky boy.

Still I'd prefer you stop wasting your time on pointless battles like this (ignoring ppl is easy, you know), it's better spent of fixing/working on D2X-XL ;) -- Moon's Descendarium - THE single-player guide to D1-D3 http://tinyurl.com/ybkgu2 Maintainer of The 'Official' D3 FAQ http://tinyurl.com/ya9ojh
