D3 help with joystick

I have Logitech Attack 3 joystick and I can't seems to use basic joystick
functions, like moving forward, back, left, right...
Buttons works fine, but I want joystick to move as I move, I don't know how
to give order in setup joystick to take Forward function from moving
joystick to forward...

Please help
