I have an Nvidia TNT 64 on my Dell. When I launch D3, it wants me to run
video setup. When I run a scan, it says I have "driver components mismatch.
Exit is the only option"

I would search on the name of your card and "driver components mismatch"

If you can't find the answer, you can join and post the question. There 
are a lot of D3 veterans there that can help you.

I found the solution.

Updated video drivers. But the original driver has to be uninstalled first.
Then the new driver should be put on.

Works great!
