Hi,
I was a big fan of D1&2. I just loaded D3-the bundle pack with Merc. I
have a new HP with XP and and for now,an integrated Graphix card. I'm
using a Logitec 3-D Extreme Pro stick. I've gotten through the trains
on level 4, but once I got into the city, the screen got just a little
slower. Not quite as smooth. I can play as long as I don't get killed.
When I hit the spacebar to regenerate, the game locks and then closes
down completely. I've been saving the game often during play. I can
restart the saved game in L4 and it does the same thing.If I start the
game at a lower level, it works fine. As I said, it started just after
the trains. Is this a L4 glitch? Any help would be appreciated.

My first thought would be to ask if you  have applied the 1.4 patch?
If not, I would try that first. Get it here.

Make sure to try the australian version if the us version does not 
appear to work and also note that there is now a 1.5 version of the 
patch. I would recommend 1.4 first.

The next point is that, sadly, this NG is dead. Most now use this forum:

Lastly, as a new player myself, I've been looking to recruit an online 
combatant with skills as limited as mine. It is very frustrating for me 
to play online against people that have been at this for years so...
DL Kali and reply to the NG if you want to battle.
