It look like you are using it in "CH flightstick mode". Put the switch at
the front of the Joystick into the ":" position. Delete joystick in the
control panel. Enter a new one as Thrustmaster Joystick with an enabled
Checkbox for the rudder control.
This way the joystick works with 4-way hatswitch and simoultaniously
usable fire buttons.
The buttons at the base of the stick and the Thrust will *not* work.

you're great it finally works........ But now I have another problem : each
time I'll switch game I'll have to delete and then add a new jostick (as
there is not the "thrust button" in the thrustsmaster....... ) But it
doesn't matter !

Wow, it took quite a while that someone else found that out :-)

You play other games than Descent? Why don´t you reconfigure them for
the Thrustmaster emulation?
The only thing you have to miss in this mode is the throttle. Is it
essential?

well........ i'm keen on flight simulators so the throttle (and not the
"thrust", sorry) is quite important...... but I'll deal with that and I

As the throttle controls thrust it was perfectly understandable.
Besides that it is always a great thing when people come along without
their mothertongue.

BTW, what flight sim are you doing?

- il2 sturmovik
- flight simulator 2004
- combat flight simulator 3
- flanker 2 (the best one)
and sometimes someone lends me a helicopter simulator, as Enemy engaged...

(as you've seen I'm keen on flight sims, but sometimes I play medal of
honor, rainbow six etc....)
But don't worry soon I go back to my studies and I won't have time to play
that much !
