I loaded D3 on my newer computer; it has an Athelon 1.8Ghz CPU, and a 128 meg video card. (Can't recall the brand ....) Anyway, it should be plenty of computer for the game. After loading V1.0 from the manufacturer's CD-ROM, it crashed after the brief intro (sound of helicopter, and street scene...) After that, the screen just goes blank...nothing. I downloaded 2 patches, and loaded them, and it still won't work. Any ideas? TIA

TIA Crashed on my Radeon 9500 Pro too until I went to the OpenGL drivers. You might want to give that a shot. I think it pukes on DirectX.

TIA I think I remember this problem. try using the command line parameters to disble the opening video. I don't remember the parameters, but I'm sure you an find them in Moon's FAQ.
