D3 (Linux) available?

I originaly bought D3 (Windows) back when it first came out, and beat it. I've been
playing it again, lately, and discovered that the Linux demo not only runs a *lot*
better than the Windows version but doesn't require me to reboot my dual-boot
machine.
But I'd like to play the full game, and maybe take a crack at a net game. Can
anyone tell me:
(1) Is there a way to get the full version under Linux using the demo and
the Windows data files?
(2) If not, could someone point me to where I could grab the full version (w/ or
w/o data files)?
(3) Or, at least where I could buy it? I know Loki went under a while back, and
I've been completely unable to find a copy for sale. It'd be worth the $10 ...
Also, what's the state of the online gaming community, these days? Any good
servers?
Thanks ...
