How do I set up my taunts for multiplayer games? Also, is there a site
where I can download additional taunts to use?
thanks

It's been a long time, so I don't remember it all, but the details are in
the readme file on the cd.
You can use any sound file you want as long as it is the correct length and
quality. D3 has a utility to import the files once they meet the
requirements.

Dan's Descent 3 audio taunt collection might be worth giving a shot:

http://techdex.com/dan/descent/

If you want to make taunts yourself, all you have to do is to make 8-bit,
22.050 kHz mono WAV files and import them into Descent 3 to have it convert
them to compressed .osf format. For the taunts to be transfered over the
Internet, it is required that the compressed .osf file does not exceed 32 kB
(this can be somewhat tricky). It is usually also an good idea to decrease
the normalized sound file's gain by -1 dB to avoid distortion from the
conversion.
