Just played a little last night, very very nice, especially getting
weapons from the kill. So anyways we player heretic a bit, then went
back to descent and someone else in another building started a game,
so we just jumped in, had 6 person game going, 3 of us 3 of them, I
wouldve loved to seen the looks on their faces when we jumped in, and
wow what a nice feature it is to jump in a game at any time.

I just did the same thing; about to start a game with a friend, and just jumped into a game someone else had started, yelling "party crashers!" One thing..If you're outgunned and materialize near the reactor, you can blow it up, and most won't escape. I came out on the wrong side of this. Of course, once you know the levels better I'm sure this doesn't work as well. Still, it's alot different than DOOM, where moving up a level simply moves you, and you don't risk getting blow up! The summary at the end, as well as the in-flight stats, are a nice improvement over Doom. Lots of nice features....Nice game. -Steve Stephan A.
