I am having a problems with the slide on button. The default is the left Alt key (I think). This works and everything is fine. However, I wish to change it to be button 4 on my joystick (Gravis Gamepad). When I do this, it doesn't work. I find this annoying to say the least. Button 4 works for everything else (slife left, slide right, bank on, bank left, . . .). Why does this happen?

This is a bug fixed in the upcoming 1.1 update.
