New TERMINAL VELOCITY viewer/editor

I have put on alt.binaries.doom a new soft called PodView 0.1
 It's basically some sort of editor for the shareware version of TERMINAL
 VELOCITY. (note that it will cease functionning on the 24th of June,
 because by then Reg. TV will be out).
Note: PodView is somewhat derived of my WinTex DOOM editing tool.
If you like it, check WinTex too!

Most of the format of the TV .POD files is hacked. I had no spec at all
for a start. So this program is only an introduction to editing TV,
not a final editor. Please fool around with it, and help me get the
specs right!
It features REVERSIBLE modification of POD files, so if you screw an
entry, you ask for restoreation of this entry, and it's back to normal!
