The subject says it all. In Doom, DF, etc., when you finish a level you get a summary of the percentage of secret areas/objects found. Is there such a thing for Descent? Thanks, Marty Backe

In article <3l7a7h$k...@news.aero.org>, ba...@aero.org says... > >The subject says it all. In Doom, DF, etc., when you finish a level >you get a summary of the percentage of secret areas/objects found. Is >there such a thing for Descent? > I don't believe there is. I think you get a 'Secrets Bonus' at the end of the level, but there's no percentage. The best way to do it is to fly around to EVERY part of a level, and then go to the automap and hit ALT-F. After a moment, every unvisited portion will appear. Go to those portions and check for hidden rooms. (One of the portions will be a long tube that terminates in the middle of nowhere. Ignore it; that's the exit tunnel.) Once you've found them all, you know you've... well.. found them all. :) ----------------------------- Maelstrom: ma...@primenet.com http://www.primenet.com:80/~mael1 "In order for a lie to exist, there must be a truth that it contradicts."
