Anybody else out there having trouble with D crashing?  I'm running a 
486dx266 with 8meg, and it will crash every time.  Not always at the same 
place either . . . I get a scrolling screen of garbage, and then a dos 
prompt . . . can anyone help?

I've got the same problem.  It crashes with both the shareware and registered
version.  It either comes up with a screen of scrolling garbage or tells me
that an illegal side type was called.  I'm running a 486dx with 8meg as well.
Currently using PC-DOS 6.1.
