I can't seem to get the Controls... Screen to select 'Thrustmaster FCS & 
Wingman Extreme'.  Am I missing something simple?

I also attempted to use the 'Customize Above' with 'Joystick' selected, 
and could only get Y2 from the hat (no X2).

Any help would be appreciated.

I also have the Thrustmaster ACM card and a wingman extreme, but a
friend of mine is using the SBPro game port just fine with the wingman
extreme. Killer stick. I've had a few Thrustmasters, and I prefer the W.E.

Just to emphasise this - I have two joystick ports - the one on my Multi-IO 
card did not allow me to use the hat or buttons 3 & 4 - But my SB16 port did.
