I just played a netgame with some of the Parallax people (Adam Pletcher 
and Che-Yuan Wang.) All I can say is... WOW! Even deprived of their 
Thrustmasters, their skill at the game amazed me. I have never seen the 
fusion cannon used to such devastating effect before. :)
It was really cool meeting the gods in person! I felt like I was dreaming 
or something. Apparently, they're opening some sort of office in town 
(Ann Arbor, Michigan). That would be really cool, too. Anyway, I should 
keep myself from raving any further, as it is 2:20 AM and I might 
embarrass myself. :)

I love this game...

P.S. The depressing part was, we just walked into the school computer lab 
and found enough copies of Descent reg'd to play, even though I had to 
switch computers twice! I hate to think how much revenue Parallax & 
Interplay might lose...
