To Moon (and anyone else who knows):

Do I have a defective copy of D3?

Went to the armory again in a fresh mission after watching your demo
again and reading your walkthrough.  I thought I might have missed
something when your walkthrough said "shoot 7 buttons" but after
shooting the key 5 buttons the other two buttons do nothing after the
HUD says "security matcens in all 5 perimeter sectors have been turned
off."  So back into the inner stronghold I go to the red room nearby
the verticle shaft which leads down to the hellion cave,  the room
that looks like a red tic-tac-toe board when viewed from above with
the matcen in the floor in the center.  This matcen continued to
generate RAS-3 Stinger robots.

Am I the only one whose copy of D3 won't turn this matcen off?
