My point is, I've tried demos of games that look interesting, but then
when I tried the demo, I found the game to suck, or I just didn't like
it. If there wasn't a demo, there is a slight chance that I may buy
the game, and if I buy it at a no-returns store, I'm out of luck. I
agree, demos usually  show the *best* parts of the game, and sometimes
cover things that are lacking.. I have too many to list here that I've
demo'd, and then consequently didn't buy. Like I said before, no
demo/3Dfx, no purchase.. (usually...)
