There seem to be two arguments going on in this thread.

The first is the one concerning the millenium and the next is when the 21st
century begins.

A millenium is a unit of time and the start of the next century is a point
in time.

The only way the millenium issue can be resolved is to decide upon a time
in the past when you actually start counting down towards the end of the
millenium.They really should of considered this back 1000 or 2000 years ago
and left a little note for us.
