OS/2 Joystick jitter overcome

A while back there were a series of threads about how Descent would
work under OS/2 Warp, but had some annoying joystick 'jitter'.

I just got my full Descent today. It still has this problem on my
90 MHz Pentium system (even with the new '-JoyPolled' or 'JoyBios'
options...).

However, I tried a shareware device driver (from Robert Manely,
V0.2a - GAME02A.ZIP) while starting Descent with -JoyPolled. I've only
done limited testing so far, but it seems to overcome the jitter quit
nicely....(at least on my system).
