My old SW 3d PRO is still in great shape and my favourite. On my old Win 98
Presario 7947 (Athlon 650 Hz) I got it working fine, but I think it took
several attempts for Windows to recognize it. I ended up using the old
drivers that came with it - after trying the newer one (unsuccessfully).
On my current machine (Win XP on athlon 1.6Ghz) I had to install a separate
sound card (SB Live) in order to get a game port. (I had my favourite SW PRO
plus a MIDI keyboard that needed it ). It recognized it, installed the
drivers - NO Problems!!
