Hello everybody,

I was hoping some of you can give me some tips, hints
or advise.

Descent3, windows95 and the machine locks up when i
try to enter the open terain in level 3. i'm was wondering
if some settings or commandline options can help.

I recently bought the game and patched it to patchlevel 1.4

I'm using a pentium@233 so i 'play' on the minimum game
settings and the next commandline-switches:
-nomovie -nointro -framcap 30 -nomusic -lowmem -nolightmaps
-norenderwindows -nomultitexture

did i miss any which could help ?

currently the only possibility seems to 'cheat' and jump to 
the next level, or quit playing :^-( 
so i'm open for suggestions.
