I use a Konix Speedking -- but the right-handed version! It just seemed natural to hold the joystick in my left-hand, using my first finger for the fire button, but using my right-hand to move the actual stick. When this stick first came out, they did also make left-handed versions, but I haven't even seen adverts for the company for years, so I doubt they still make the left-handed version. They do still make the normal sticks, as well as PC, SNES, MegaDrive (Genesis in US <?>) versions though. Another possible one to try would be Cheetah's The Bug, which is also a hand held, but with a fire button under the first finger and thumb. The whole stick is symmetrical in build, so should be good for lefties as well as righties. Note all these sticks are of the digital, rather than the analogue kind.
