Mitzi Kapture... Yup, a nice-looking lady indeed! ;-)

It's probably symbolic that this cheat gives you all the keys... She
usually have to collect all the puzzle pieces to be able to get the bad
guy in each episode, just like this cheat helps you getting all the keys
you need to go for the bad guy - the reactor.

Okay, enough rambling for now...! ;-)
