	Are there any patches that allow you to cheat in network or modem
play? Or is it a command parameter that you use when loading the game? Is 
there a patch that allows you to do this? Is there one to prevent others from
doing it? 

	I have played against this one friend of mine for a while, and I
used to kick his but. Over time though, he got better, and it was an even
match for a while. Now in a weak, he's improved to the point where I can
almost never kill him. He says he doesn't use a cheat patch, but there's
no way he could have improved that much that fast.

	If there is a cheat patch out there, I'd like to get it, and give
him a little surprise...
