In the FAQ it lists a table of damages for various kinds of weapons in 
the shareware version. However, some of the weapons have been changed for 
registered, so I thought I'd make a new table. It won't be very pretty, 
since I'm making it on the spot, but:

Weapon:			Damage per bolt:
------			---------------

Laser level n		10+(n-1)

Each bolt from a quad laser hits for the same damage as a bolt from a 
non-quad laser. So a direct blast from level 4 quads would do 13*4=52 
points of damage.

Vulcan Cannon		4 (around 13 or 12.5 Vulcan rounds compose a unit)

Spreadfire:		10 (This has been upped from 6 in shareware)

Plasma:			11

Fusion:			30-60 (depends on charging time)

Concussion:		25 (direct hit)

Homing: 		27 (may have smaller blast radius than concussion?)

Mine:			21-24 (no rhyme or reason behind this)

Smart Missile:		21 points from the missile blast itself
			35 shield points per plasma blob
			(There are about six blobs)

Mega Missile:		About 186 shield points (seems to vary, the maximum
			may be 190, a nice round number)



Note that the weapons possess characteristics besides their strength that 
determine their effectiveness in battle. Even a "weak" weapon may be more 
useful under the appropriate circumstances.
