Reactor Invulnerability

I know there's a command-line option to make the reactor
invulnerable for a certain amount of time, but this option seems like it
would be better suited to be picked from withing the game, like when
you're setting up a level for multiplayer.
Most of my friends here don't seem to like how large alot of these
levels are (though I do) and one in particular (you know who you are), as
soon as he spots te reactor, will lay into it and destroy it, even though
we've been playing the level for less than 4 minutes. On an on we go
through the game, and all the while he's blowing up the reactor time and
time again until we've gone through to level seven in about 20 minutes.
Wish there was an option to boot and lock a player out of a game,
or an option to pick reactor invulnerability from within the game or when
you're setting up a game.
