AI A-10 Strikes in NOD series

While playing the NOD series, I noticed something special about the
A-10 strikes. Through a couple of accidents, I found that the Warthogs
always seem to strike the northern most unit.

Once I left a recon bike at the top of the map - it received the full
brunt of the strike.

Another time (scenario where one is supposed to set up SAM sites -
level 7 I think) a lone minigunner to the north of the installations
was hit.

I have since been putting out decoys - usually minigunners in the red
- and they seem always to get hit.

Has anyone else noted this behavior with the AI?

        Yes, this is true.
