We're sending out this general invitation to ALL interested
network, multiplayer addicts out there!
Past FragFests have been closed events by invite only. This
February 10th it's open to the general public! We previously hosted over
50 users for an all day, all night Network Gaming Marathon. This event
is held in double banquet halls at the Crown Sterling Suites, a plush
hotel in Milpitas, CA.
This time we're anticipating over 100 users or more. Please read
the details below and then send us a note and we'll keep you posted on
future FragFests and any new developments.
Please respond for directions and details. We do charge a $15
fee to cover expenses, but you'll find it's worth the fun!

Fragfest '96 is 18 hours of pure excitement in multi-player
games! In the past we've played Doom2, Heretic & Warcraft. With the
countless multi-player games that are out today, we will be playing
dozens of different ones!
Including: Duke Nukem 3D, Command & Conquer, Mechwarrior 2, Need
for Speed, Superkarts, Nascar Racing, Grand Prix 2, Magic Carpet,
Warcraft 2, Descent, Rise of the Triad, Witch Haven, Hexen, Heretic and
of course we might play some Doom too :)
All systems will be networked together, so you will be able to
play as many people as the game allows, and anyone in the room as well!
Last time we did this, we had some 50+ people & systems. This next
Fragfest promises to be even bigger. We will be renting a conference
room/banquet hall at a local hotel again. We will be making this
Fragfest an "open" event. Meaning anyone who wants to go, is welcome. We
will be however require
everyone to chip in $15 toward the cost of the hotel, etc. This WILL be
the best Fragfest ever. Make sure you don't miss it!!
The official date is February 10th! Mark your calendar!
