NAT with Asus router

I have problems playing Zero Hour with "direct connect" trough my asus
router (WL500g). I use a local IP address 192.168.1.X in the games options,
and have disabled the firewall. Also I have tried port forwarding/DMZ in the
router, but nothing seems to work. Have anyone else these problems, or know
how to solve them?

Generals' NAT-translation capabilities are only functional for Generals Online
games. You'll have to try meeting online or seriously fudging with the
configuration.

I can say this : you will NOT get it to work with a router.....I have used
weeks to test that f...... game, but the only thing to do is cut out the
router
and make a manuel call to your ISP........ this worked for me and all plays
fine !!

Take the wire out of the router ( the one from your PC ) and plug in direct
to your cable-modem, where the other wire to your router was !!
Then click your newly maked shortcut and call your ISP......

PS. Wait 2-3 minutes before calling after wire change.......your ISP must
now that you are off, before you can use your ID and password again
