I need some help in both universe's

1) When playing as NOD there comes a point where you must capture Jake
Mcneil-by using Toxin soldiers..can you point me to a step by step guide-I
keep getting wiped out !

2) As GDI-there is a point where you must capture a base on an island..you
have 20 min then they destroy you using long rang SAM's -any advice here ?
