Zero Hour Multiplayer

Hello all,

I have yet to try any missions going all the way back to Red Alert days. I
found I only do multiplayer with folks on my Lan (3 of us) and in the past
on the Net.

What does Zero Hour offer as far as this goes? I do have Generals and love
it. Is Zero Hour worth spending 40$ x 3 ?

Thanks all,
SL

If you love Generals, you will love Zero Hour. That seems to be what everybody
is saying. If you hate Generals, then you might not like ZH. Check out PCNC's
review index at http://www.planetcnc.com/generals/zerohour/gameinfo/reviews/ for
a very complete list of reviews.

If your folks also like Generals then I would definitely recommend ZH as well.
It's true, that $40x3 is a bit expensive. Maybe prices will come down a bit
closer to xmas time, what with there being a "deluxe" edition that combines both
Generals and ZH out for $60.

I don't know how much you know about Zero Hour, but IMHO it offers a lot. In
addition to the new units, buildings and maps you have nine new generals
(three for each faction) to chose from, all of them with their own unique
abilities and units. Then you have five new singleplayer missions for each
faction - and also the new generals challenge. The new units and buildings
are great, and so are the new maps. ZH is a really good
enhancement/expansion for Generals. I only play ZH nowdays.

Though 120$ is a bit expensive, I'm convinced you'll find Zero Hour worth
the money if you love Generals.

Thanks to both...

I always buy the C&C games at some time. I just postpone it if its the
weaker game. I remeber the one where you were a single unit battling a
dinosaur(Tiberian?) . Sorry, being sarcastic....

I happen to think this is one of the best series that continues to produce a
fun game. And right out of the box I might add. If one thing I can note
about their games is that I lose one love for another. I dont look at the
half empty glass, Im looking at the half that is full.

Buggy, boring half baked mess. Save your money.
Multiplayer is even worse.
