Well, here's the deal, I have one copy of generals which works
perfectly fine, I can log on the internet and play and skrimish and
all but...
I have two computers and I would like to play on the two of them (when
my friends come and stuff)
anyway, I play red alert online too with one or two computers and
works fine. I also play generals on network with both of the computers
and it works fine,
I know that generals doesnt allow two logins with the same serial
number but cant it detect that we are a network - the same ip with a
gateway, like ra2 or something, I really dont want to spend another
50$ just to get the other computer on line, maybe I can change some
settings so it will recongnise it as a network and allow two logins,

please tell me what you know,
the popular guy that all friends want to play with.

So why redalert2 works well on network:(
damn, I cant afford spending another 50$ for a stupid serial number,
we need to ask them (westwood pacific/ea) to repair this so network
will work on one serial..

Way they see it, two people playing the game, buy two games. Let your
network partner buy the second game, or don't play. That is how they see it.

Dude, get real.

You can always get another serial, but you really need to keep in mind that
if you like the game, you should support the developers. If you pirate
their software, the only person that looses in the end is everyone. They
just won't make good games anymore because everyone just cracks the code and
pirates it.

If you get a cracked copy and then you play it a lot, you really should go
and buy a copy and support the company that made it. Otherwise, they won't
port games to the PC. They will keep them on Xbox and other hardware like
that.
